I haven’t used either honestly. RZA is supposedly switched to the Roland though. I use to have a mpc 500 and a mpc 2000xl… they were alright. Right now I’m using a Roland/Boss SP-303… the dopest/easiest sampler ever. I’m pretty sure the 5000 is harder to use than the Roland… I’ve used a few Roland SPs and some Akais and Akais are always way more teched out. Akais have more features though. Not that you need all of them. The Roland comes with effects though… i guess that’s pretty useful. Haha, that dude said “just get fruity loops home boi.” That’s pretty funny… yeah just get fruity loops, and you can make “fresh” beats like Soljah Boi.

get the mv it does erything the mpc does AND u can record n master it all in one box. U dont even need a mixer to hook up ur turntables.N it got a better screen!
